The contracting of any commercial service (sponsorship and exhibition stands) is deemed completed once the form Sponsorship and Exhibition Booking Form has been submitted.

You will receive a customer number by email, this can be used to review your account and contract new services up to the deadline of June 30th, 2012.

100 % payment with signed contract.

Payment Methods

On contracting any service, you will receive an email containing the necessary details to effect the payment by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to the Sponsoring Office:

The organizers shall retain:

• 20% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation is made more than 8 weeks prior to the Congress.
• 50% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation is made between 8 and 5 weeks prior to the Congress.
• 100% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation is made less than 5 weeks prior to the Congress.
