In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your registration we will apply the following policy:

• Cancellations made before 31 May 2012 will incur a charge of 20% of the paid registration fee.
• Cancellation made between 1 June 2012 and 30 June 2012 will incur a charge of 50% of the paid registration fee (SEBBM).
  IUBMB no refund.
• Cancellations made after 1 July 2012 will incur a charge of 100% of the paid registration fee.

Please note that this policy applies only to the cancellation of Congress registration. Hotels apply their own terms and conditions.
