· FIBES will only receive exhibit materials on
Friday, August 31, and Monday, September 3, from 8:00 h to 18:00 h.
· All materials must be picked up on
Sunday, September 9, and Monday, September 10, from 8:00 h to 18:00 h. · Exhibit Materials must be properly labeled with the name of the congress (IUBMB-FEBS), contracting company and booth number.
· Material rented from FIBES (furniture, screens, etc.) will be delivered once the booth is finally installed, not when the installation begins.

FIBES is strategically situated at 11 km from the airport, 5 km from Santa Justa Railway Station, and 8 km from the city centre. From Santa Justa Station, a suburban train provides a shuttle service to FIBES that takes only 5 minutes. The taxi ride takes 10 min. to the airport (20-25€), 15 min to the rail station (6-8€) and 20 min. to downtown (8-10€). The main access roads: A-4, A-92, A-49, and A-66. There is also public transportation (buses and suburban trains) to different parts of the city.
