The basic registration fee for Congress attendants includes access to the Congress Venue, bag and Congress materials, and the right to present a communication to the Congress. The fee also includes a printed Congress programme, with the Congress scientific activities, and the online access to the Abstracts Book. It does not include the printed edition of the Abstracts Book, which you will need to select when registering if you would like a copy. Access to the Welcome Cocktail Reception is included, but not the Congress Dinner which should also be selected when registering if you wish to attend.

The Symposium has a two-step registration process.

The first step is to register your personal details. Please complete all fields of the registration form as requested. Please make sure that your email address is correct because this will be used for further correspondence. Once the form is submitted you will receive an email with your password. The email address given on your registration form and your password will enable you to log into your own Private Area at any time.

In your Personal Area you can complete the second step of your registration. At this point you will have the choice to pay your registration fee or continuing to book your accommodation and the social program attendance.

Or continue to make the hotel reservation and the social activities in wich attendants wish to participate.

In your Private Area, you will be able to check your reservations and payments, and manage the submission and corrections of abstracts within the period stablished by the organization. Please note, that your abstract will only be published if your payment is verified before the deadline stated for abstracts submission date (August 24, 2017).

You can pay registration charges by credit card or by bank transfer. Your registration status will be changed to "Confirmed and paid” immediately after the credit card is charged or bank transfer is received. - Please note that these Conditions apply only to the cancellation of Congress registration. Hotels apply their own terms and conditions.
