Congress Identity badges, required for the main entrance, can be collected from the REGISTRATION DESK from 14:30 until 20:00.
THE MONTJUÏC CONFERENCE CENTRE doesn’t offer a free SERVICE FOR INTERIOR TRANSPORT, ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING OF STANDS (if the stands do not belong to the conference centre). This service carries an additional cost.

TRANSPORT OF OTHER SHIPMENTS (packages) should be made on 23 October, unloading in the reserved Unloading Zone, located on Av. Rius i Taulet (see the zone highlighted in yellow on the attached map) and delivered to your stand inside the conference centre. The best times for unloading, are between 11am and 12am on 23 October. NOTE: The event organisers have provided a small restricted access area for those companies that require one: STAND n.º 11.
If you require a mechanical lifter, you should hire one from RESA (details given above).

Modular stands will be delivered on 23 October at 13:00.
Exhibitors with custom designed stands can assemble their stand on 23 October from 9:00 to 14:00.
DISMANTLING AND COLLECTING MATERIALS
You should dismantle your stand on 26 October between 13:30 and 19:00 and remove it via the same Loading and unloading zone located on Av./ Rius i Taulet.

No material can be left in the conference centre at the end of the day. All uncollected material after this date will be considered disposable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• The exhibitor formally declares that all personnel are insured against accidents, and are covered by social security and other labour and tax obligations provided for under current legislation. The Congress centre is exempt from any liability in this regard, and consequently is not liable for any claims related to these matters.
• Upon completion of the event, the contractor must remove all material from the conference centre (Montjuïc), including packaging and material deemed unusable.
• The Congress centre is not liable for any damage caused by fire, theft, damage to materials, accidents that may be suffered by visitors or items exhibited, before, during and after the event.

En el caso de que el material que vaya a ser expuesto en el stand sea maquinaria voluminosa y/o pesada, es necesario comunicarlo con ANTELACIÓN indicando las medidas para confirmar y gestionar el acceso más idóneo.
La recepción del material se realizará por la Zona de carga y descarga situada en Av./ Rius i Taulet,
el día 23 de octubre en horario de 11:00 a 12:00 h.

Téngase en cuenta que la entrada principal para los congresistas FEBS3+ Barcelona 2017 se encuentra en Av. Maria Cristina, s/n: See venue and how to rich here.Las identificaciones para acceder al recinto por la entrada principal se entregan en el REGISTRATION DESK a partir de la 14:30 h y hasta las 20:00 h.
FIRA DE MONTJUÏC no ofrece gratuitamente SERVICIOS PROPIOS PARA EL TRANSPORTE INTERIOR, MONTAJE Y DESMONTAJE DE LOS STANDS (ajenos, es decir si son propios del patrocinador). Este servicio tiene unos costes adicionales a valorar.

PARA EL RESTO DE LOS ENVÍOS (paquetes) se deben realizar el mismo día 23 de octubre, mediante su transporte, descargando su material en la Zona de descarga reservada a tal fin, que se halla en la Av. Rius i Taulet (véase zona sombreada en amarillo en el mapa adjunto) y llevando su material al interior de su stand.
Si necesitasen algún traspalé, deberán contratarlo a la mencionada empresa RESA.
El mejor horario para esta descarga particular, sería entre las 11-12 h de la mañana del día 23 de octubre. NOTA: La organización del evento ha habilitado un espacio reducido y de acceso controlado, reservado para guardar material de las empresas que lo precisen: STAND n.º 11.
Los stands modulares se entregarán el día 23 de octubre a las 13:00 h.
Los expositores con stand de diseño podrán montar el stand el dia 23 de octubre de 9:00 h a 14:00 h.
DESMONTAJE Y RECOGIDA DE MATERIALES
El desmontaje de su stand debe realizarse el día 26 de octubre a partir del mediodía (13:30 h) hasta las 19:00 h por la misma Zona de carga y descarga situada en Av./ Rius i Taulet.

No puede quedarse material alguno en el recinto al finalizar la jornada. Todo el material que no se haya retirado después de esta fecha y hora será considerado como desechable.
AVISOS Y CONDICIONES:
• El expositor declara formalmente tener asegurado a su personal contra accidentes, así como cubiertos los seguros sociales y demás obligaciones laborales y fiscales previstas en la legislación vigente, quedando exonerado el Palacio de Congresos de cualquier responsabilidad al respecto, y consiguientemente declinando cualquier posible reclamación o incidencia sobre estos asuntos.
• Una vez finalizado el acto, el Contratista deberá retirar todo el material introducido en el Palacio de Congresos de la Fira (Montjuïc), incluyendo embalajes y material que considere inutilizable.
• El Palacio de Congresos no se responsabiliza de los daños que se produzcan por incendio, robo, desperfectos de materiales, accidentes que puedan sufrir los visitantes o productos expuestos en las exposiciones, antes, durante y después de la misma.
