Welcome to the FEBS3 Barcelona 2017 Congress Poster printing service

The poster printing service will remove the inconvenience of travelling with a large object. You will be able to collect the poster that you have presented and which has been accepted by the FEBS3 Congress, when you register and receive the documentation.

The poster will have a QR code that identifies and provides access to the digital version of your communication by means of mobile phones.

A printed poster of 90 x 120 cm will be delivered to you (rolled up in a tube and clearly identified) when you collect your documentation and portfolio, at the location indicated by the organization.

In addition, before the Congress begins, you will receive an email with a QR code sent to the address you provided that will allow you to access the digital version of your poster on the Congress Web. Once you have received this email, you can include this code on your scientific documentation and in your bibliographies, as the poster will remain accessible on the Congress Web indefinitely.

The service is complemented by the inclusion of the QR code on the top border of your poster while it remains accessible on the illuminated sign during the Congress. This will avoid the disruption caused by people taking photographs (furtive or consensual) of your poster, while facilitating the taking of high resolution photographs. The personalised QR code converts papers into traceable public documents, audited by Google Analytics, specifying who presented each research paper and on what date.

HOW DOES IT WORK?: Follow the following instructions step by step:

1) Contract this service in your Private Area, clicking on Poster Printing >>> Login 

 

2) Send your poster to poster.print.congreso@gmail.com, following these requirements:

- File in pdf format
- High resolution
- Format 120 cm (length) x 90 cm (width)
- Indicate in the SUBJECT of the message your name and surnames (as they appear on your Congress registration form as presenter of your free communication).

On requesting poster printing, you will be contracting the printing of a poster of the dimensions 90 x 120 cm that will be delivered on receipt of the Congress documentation. The service is complemented by the inclusion of the QR code on the top border of your poster while it remains visible on the illuminated sign during the Congress. This will avoid the disruption caused by people taking photographs (furtive or consensual) of your poster, facilitating the taking of high resolution photographs. The Price of the service is 55 € + IVA.

Note:
- It is essential that your free communication has been already accepted by the Organising Committee.
- The poster will be printed on 160 gram paper.
