The Congress has a two-step registration process.
The first step is to register your personal details. Please complete all fields of the registration form as requested. Please make sure that your email address is correct because this will be used for further correspondence. Once the form is submitted you will receive an email with your password. The email address given on your registration form and your password will enable you to log into your own Private Area at any time.
In your Personal Area you can complete the second step of your registration. At this point you will have a choice to only pay your outstanding registration fee or continue booking your accommodation and tours. You can view our choice of hotels, their descriptions and locations under “My Accommodation” tab. In a similar way, the list of tours offered by the organizers can be found under “My Tours” tab.
In your Private Area, you will be able to check your reservations and payments, and manage the submission and corrections of abstracts within the period set by the organization. Please note, that your abstract will only be published if your payment is verified before the deadline for abstract submission 31 May 2012.
You can pay any outstanding charges by credit card or by bank transfer. Your registration status will be changed to “Confirmed and paid” immediately after the credit card is charged or bank transfer is received.
